Aldo Ray Flores Jr., 19, of Uvalde died on Feb. 23, 2020, in a vehicle crash in San Antonio.

A rosary will be recited today at 7 p.m. at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary. A funeral mass will be held tomorrow at 1 p.m. at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, with interment following at Hillcrest Cemetery.

Visitation began Wednesday at 2 p.m. and was followed by recitation of a rosary at 7 p.m. at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary.

Flores was born on Nov. 27, 2000, in San Antonio to Griselda (Salazar) and Aldo Ray Flores Sr.

He is survived by his parents of Uvalde; sister, Gabriela Rei Flores of Uvalde; maternal grandparents Maria Elena and David Salazar of Uvalde; paternal grandparents, Abigail and Ruben Flores of Uvalde; paternal great-grandfather, Reynaldo Lopez of Uvalde; and numerous aunts, uncles, great aunts, great uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his paternal great-grandmother, Martina Lopez; and maternal great-grandparents, Pedro Morin and wife, Maria de Socorro Lerma Morin, and Miguel and wife, Alcaria Salazar.

Pallbearers will be Marcus De La Cruz, Ryan De La Cruz, Jody Belman, Joey Valerio, Majik De La Garza, Manuel Da La Garza, Carlos Balderas, Elijah Flores, Donovan Amaya, Jalen Nevarez, Raul Flores, Jose Martinez (J.J.), Jay Garcia, Garrett Guzman, Cristian Uriegas, Rudy Cantu, Isual Garcia, Ethan Luna, Johnathon Flores Gomez, Jaykob Flores Gomez, Dhariyan Morales, Aidan Salazar, Zeke Salazar, Jacqueline Silva, Kamryn Arredondo, Jessica Guzman, Ariana Perez, and David Salazar III. Honorary pallbearers will be Alex Salazar and Matthew Velasquez.
