The event will kick off at 10 a.m. and will run until 8:30 p.m.
The library celebrated National Night Out on Tuesday, Oct. 1 with Uvalde Police Department stopping by at 5 p.m. National Night Out is a community building activity that encourages police and citizen interaction.
Opera chats was set last Saturday with a presentation on “Aida,” a story of love and betrayal during war time. El Progreso Club met Thursday at noon for a presentation on the Methodist Wesley Nurse program as an area health resource.
