Grand opening set tomorrow
Uvalde’s craft and decor-depot Hobby Lobby will hold a grand opening tomorrow at 9 a.m. beginning with a ribbon cutting ceremony. The Uvalde store is Hobby Lobby’s 102nd location in Texas.
Felix De Leon is the store manager of the 50,000 square-foot retail facility located on East Main Street and Brownstone Drive.
The store’s grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony is open to the public. Local dignitaries, ambassadors from the Uvalde Area Chamber of Commerce and other business leaders will attend the celebration.
“Once you visit Hobby Lobby, you will see that we are very unique, offering the widest variety of merchandise in the craft and home decor market under one roof,” stated Kelly Black, advertising director. “We’re tremendously excited about becoming a part of the Uvalde community.”
