William Van Pelt

William ”Chuck” Van Pelt, 61, of Sabinal, passed away on April 8, 2019, at home.

He was born on Sept. 11, 1957, in Uvalde, Texas.

He was preceded in death by parents, Maurice and Frankie Ogden and Charles Van Pelt; one sister, Rhonda Pennington; and one niece, Lacey Ogden.

He is survived by his wife, Tricia; two sons, Cory Van Pelt and wife Yvette, Jaimie Van Pelt and wife Sam; three sisters, Sissy Nelson, Dedo Colvin and husband, Mike, and Sherry Brooks; one brother, Morry Ogden Jr. and wife Maudie; grandchildren, Micheal, Madison, Breanna, Niela, Calob, Isaiah, Arell, Chloe, Lincoln and Natalie; and one great-granddaughter, Harper.

A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
