Durbon arrested after flashing toy gun

Although the weapon he brandished was a replica and not a working firearm, 34-year-old Jeffrey Lee Durbon was arrested for making a terroristic threat and causing fear of imminent serious bodily injury after a physical disturbance that occurred Monday afternoon.

The incident took place at 6:02 p.m. when officers responded to 620 S. Evans St. for a fight in progress.

Once there, officers met with a complainant who said he was assaulted by Durbon after approaching Durbon to collect $5. The complainant said Durbon owed the money to his father.
