CHDI seeks public input on community needs

Community Health Development Inc. is surveying the area to determine priorities for the coming years. The 2019 Community Needs Assessment is available by visiting

CHDI board of directors will utilize information from the survey to develop a strategic plan.

Survey takers are asked to list what they believe are the top five health issues that exist in Uvalde, what resources exist to address those issues, if there are barriers to access the resources listed, and recommendations to CHDI to address health care needs in the community.

Survey takers are also asked to include their gender, ethnicity, county of residence and if they have health issues.
